Refund Policy
At Ken's Thoughtful Kreations, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. Due to the customized nature of many of our items:
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or refunds.
Custom Orders
Pricing varies based on size, complexity, chosen materials, and availability.
As each piece is made to order, no returns, exchanges, or refunds can be accepted.

USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days)
USPS Priority (1-3 business days)

Note: Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carriers and are subject to change. A tracking number will be provided to you once your order is shipped. Once shipped, Ken's Thoughtful Kreations is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your item is damaged in transit, please take clear photos of the damage and intiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
